I am working on getting the new kits from Betsy Beads on the site. Still need to get other patterns & kits up, too.
For those of you who purchased a Bella Sorella kit, I have signed up for the walk, and am sending in the money this week (March 26). However, our team changed the name from "The Molar Express" to "Hanover Road Dental Health". Your name should be up on the site, hopefully within a week.
For those of you who are unaware of what the Bella Sorella kit is:
A BENEFIT KIT, The Bella Sorella kit is a sock kit (for the July 2012 walk, a new one is coming for the 2013 walk!). The cost is $25, and $15 goes to The Prouty. This is a walk to benefit cancer research. I am doing this in honor of my sister, Carol, who has been battling cancer since last July. All money raised from this walk goes toward the cancer patients at Dartmouth Hitchcock, or toward cancer research. Please go to their website (theprouty.org) for more information.
It was great to see all of you at the shows last year, and I look forward to seeing you again in 2012. The show schedule is now complete, and online!
The shop is not open at this time, but we are always available for phone calls (although it is usually easier to get ahold of me with an e-mail since I am not always in to answer the phone), and mail order.
An update on Carol: She has had a little set back. A couple weeks ago, the doctors found a tumor in her brain. So after all the surgeries and chemo this past fall, she just had another surgery, and radiation. Please keep thinking of her. We are hoping for the best, and she is looking forward to seeing you at the shows this year. She will not be with me at Maryland, but hopefully NH, and all the other shows. Our other sister, Joan, will continue to come with me/us to the shows!
