Terms Of Sale
Generally, in-stock orders are processed and on their way to you within 48 hours. However, if I do not have your color in stock, it will take about two weeks to dye the yarn and have it ready to ship to you. Also, if we are away at a show, (please check the show schedule) allow at least three days after the show (if we have two shows in a row, we often do not return to the shop between shows, so keep that in mind) for us to ship out to you. In stock items, shipped standard shipping, should reach you within 5-14 days anywhere in the U.S. For any item that is not in stock, please allow up to six weeks. Please e-mail, or call me at 802-649-5420 anytime after 7am and before 8pm EST, and I will gladly assist you in tracking the order. Shipping charges are listed in the table below.
Residents of the state of Vermont will be charged 6% sales tax calculated on the total of the order. Residents of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable local sales tax.
I want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from me. If my products do not please you for any reason, please contact me and we will work something out. However, once a skein of yarn has left here we no longer have control of how it is stored, so please do not ask us to take back yarn that you have had for longer than one month. If you are unsure of a colorway, please ask, I will send you a sample before shipping the skein of yarn.
Patterns and kits that contain patterns are not returnable.
Please note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
